RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT

The basis of our recruitment policy is to place the most suitable candidate in the appropriate position in terms of knowledge, skills and general qualifications, suitable for PETKA values ​​and culture, in line with our needs analysis.

Interview, personality inventory and reference control methods are used in the recruitment process.

Job offers are made to candidates who are found favorable after the interview and assessment and evaluation with the managers of the relevant position. Support is also provided during the process of providing information about the placement process, submitting documents and starting work.

ORIENTATION PROCESS

An orientation program is organized by the Human Resources Department in order for our newly recruited colleagues to adapt to the institution in the easiest way and to be more efficient in their work.

An Orientation presentation is made by Human Resources on the first day of all our newly recruited employees, a handbook is given to inform about the procedures and practices of our company, to guide them in their daily activities and the institution is physically demonstrated. Our orientation process changes according to the positions.
